Sugar Free French Toast
This breakfast definitely hits the spot any morning. Although it is not the fastest recipe, it is well worth the wait. It tastes great with some maple syrup, but to go above and beyond, use some Raw Organic Agave, which is a sweetener but a healthy one.

It's easy, it's fast, it's yummy. I don't even particularly like bananas but these taste really good. So if you're rushing to go to school, or work, you can make a couple of these in the morning and you're good to go.

Yields: 5-7 individual balls
Ingredients: Peanut butter; almost 1 cup of Oats; 1 Banana; Maple Syrup; handful of coconut shavings
Tools: Medium sized bowl; Large fork; Working microwave; Measuring cup
Making it:
1. Get your bowl, fork, and measuring cup
2. Peel the banana and put it in the bowl, then mash up the banana
3. When you have mashed up your banana
4. Add the oats and coconut shavings in the measuring bowl totaling 1 cup
5. In sections add and combine the oats and coconut shavings to the mashed up banana
6. Pour in a splash of maple syrup and mix until combined
7. Grab a plate and start rolling the "mixture" into whatever size of balls you would like
8. Put the finished spheres on the plate and pop them in the microwave for 1 minute
