Kale Chips
Everyone probably knows what kale chips are, but you don't know them the way I make them: crunchy with just the right amount of tang from the lemon. I really like this snack when I want something to eat and I have chips on my mind. These are a yummy and healthy alternative to chips.
Prep time: 10 min. Baking time: 10-15 min.
Ingredients: Kale, cooking oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt & pepper + basil (optional)
Tools: cookie tray (or anything that resembles a cookie tray), a small bowl, a garlic crusher (not necessary)
Making it:
1. Preheat the oven to about 350 degrees.
2. Start crushing your garlic in the garlic crusher.
3. Put the crushed garlic in the small bowl and add the oil.
4. Drizzle the oil mixture on the tray, even out the mixture so it is all over the tray.
5. Squeeze/drizzle your lemon juice all over the pan.
6. Now wash your kale, I think you know how to wash leaves, but in case you don't, just make sure there is no dirt on them.
7. Once they are clean lay them on the pan placing them somewhat close to each other. Make sure to only put one layer of kale.
8. Drizzle on some more oil with garlic (not too much or it will get soggy) and more lemon juice.
9. For a bit more taste and an additional effect grind some salt and pepper and sprinkle some cut up basil.
10. Pop in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. If it is not crispy enough for you then you can keep it in for another couple of minutes.
11. Take it out of oven and let it cool for a couple of min.
12. Eat it straight from the pan or put it in a bowl. Enjoy!

Lemon Yogurt Dip
This is perfect for a little party with your friends when you don't quite have enough time to go out and buy some sort of dip. It is easy, simple to make and only requires a few minutes. This dip goes well with any kind of chips so no worries with that. I found this recipe from believe it or not my math class. If you want to check the original "math problem" you can go right here. Before you start, notice that there are no exact measurements because the amount really depends on how much of the dip you want. This dip goes well with any kind of chips so no worries with that.
Prep time: 5-7 min
Ingredients: Lemon juice(or half a fresh lemon), Greek yogurt, finely chopped dill (or dried dill), 1 or half a garlic clove, some olive oil, and lastly some salt.
Tools: A bowl, a mildly big spoon, (optional) another bowl to present the final product.
Making it:
1. Get your bowl and scoop how much of the Greek yogurt you want in the dip, this is the main ingredient so however much yogurt you put in your bowl, that will be about how much of the dip you will have; when trying this recipe out myself I put about 2 1/2 spoonfuls of Greek yogurt
2. Squeeze about half the lemon onto the yogurt and mix together until combined
3. Take half or a whole garlic clove (not the whole head of garlic) and take the peel/skin off and crush it into the bowl; mix until combined
4. Add in a couple pinches of salt and... you guessed it, mix until combined
5. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil; you can really just eyeball it if you want
6. Finely chop up the dill (or if you have dried dill just shake some of the dill into the bowl) and throw it in the bowl; this is one of the main ingredients so don't go lightly
7. Give the dill a little mix until well combined
8. This part is optional but if you're having a party or friends over you can pour it into a fancier bowl.
